No Knead Bread

Guys, my house smells sooooo good right now! You would be jealous. But the good news is that your house can smell like this too!

At the beginning of the month I decided it was time to get back on track diet-wise. It has been a winter filled with cinnamon rolls and muffins, and the only thing that created for me was a muffin top. Yuck! For me, it is too difficult to limit my sugar intake. I always go overboard and end up eating a whole sleeve of Oreos instead of the one or two that I was supposed to eat. So, I have given up processed sugar. That means all cane sugars as well as artificial sweeteners. Natural sugars like fruit are okay as well as a small amount of honey. When you start looking at ingredients of premade foods you realize that almost everything has sugar in it which really limits the things you can eat to clean, homemade foods.

Most breads are not allowed with the exception of sourdough and some of the fresh French bread from the bakery. But if you have a little time, and 4 basic ingredients, you can make your own sugar free, crusty French bread! And you can make your house smell so good in the meantime.

I adapted this recipe from Jo Cooks.

I hope you make this bread and love it as much as I do!

Hugs and loaves!
