Father’s Day is coming up! Have you figured out what you are going to do for the fathers in your life? In these parts many fathers are outdoorsmen and don’t particularly want a new tie for Father’s Day. Here are a few gift ideas. I hope you find something that works for you!

Fishing/Hunting License - Every state is different. Check your local fish and game website for more information on how to get a license.

Pocket Knife - Every good man has a pocket knife on hand! Check out your local sporting goods store or Cabela’s or Bass Pro Shop for some good options.

Fishing Lures or Bait - These are fun and can be an inexpensive option. When I was pregnant with Isla I ordered an engraved fishing lure on Etsy for Adam’s first official Father’s Day… He actually used it to fish with, and now it is gone. Oh well!

Shop Radio - There are some sturdy shop radios out there these days that you can hook your phone up to. This is a great option for the dad that works/putters out in the shop.

Dry Bag - These are amazing for a day at the beach/lake/river/pool. Put your keys and phone in them, blow some air in, and close it up. It keeps your stuff dry and floats!

A day at the beach/river - Pack a picnic with his favorite things and take the family to the water for a day of fun!

Grill/Smoker - I actually do all of the grilling/cooking in our family, but if you have a husband that loves to grill/smoke meat check out Weber grills and Traeger smokers.

Dinner Out - Treat dad to dinner out at his favorite restaurant. California is supposed to be fully open again on June 15th. Hopefully dad’s favorite restaurant survived and you can treat him to some yummy food!

Memories are by far the best thing you can give anyone! Make sure to spend time together this Father’s Day and make some new memories.

Hugs to all the dads out there and all the families that love them!
